Our Mission
Veritas began from frustration with the status quo in residential construction—cookie-cutter homes, confusing processes, and clients treated like numbers. As a family-run business with over 30 years of combined experience in engineering, construction, and project management, we set out to do things better.

Navid Bilgrami
Founder and Managing Director
At Veritas Quality Consulting & Construction, I believe every home should be built with the same quality, integrity, and care I would expect for my own family. With over 40 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, a Master’s in Project Management from Auburn University (USA), and a Builder’s License in NSW, I bring deep expertise and a hands-on approach to every project.
Saad Bilgrami
General Manager - Operations
Saad has over a decade of experience in project management and residential construction, guiding clients through the process of building custom homes with professionalism and care. Graduating with honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney and holding a Builder’s License in NSW, he combines strong technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach.
Sasha Rouhani
Construction Manager
Sasha is a licensed builder in NSW and a qualified Construction Manager with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales. His career spans both large-scale project builders and bespoke luxury home construction, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the ability to manage projects of varying complexity.
Amna Bilgrami
Administration and Marketing Manager
Amna is the Administration and Marketing Manager, bringing experience across teaching, NGO project management, and program leadership. She has worked with the University of Sydney, Macquarie University, Lifeline Australia, and Navitas, gaining expertise in quality assurance and client-focused service.
