Navid has worked with leading organisations such as Woolworths, Caltex Petroleum, Hyder Consulting (Arcadis) and Tracey Brunstrom & Hammond in senior management and leadership roles. During his career, he has worked on several landmark projects in Sydney including M5 East Motorway, Sydney Olympic 2000 Infrastructure Works, New Southern Railway and The Peak (Haymarket).

Navid is passionate about residential developments. He has successfully delivered several projects including subdivisions, dual occupancies and single dwellings.

Saad Bilgrami

Manager – Planning & Development

Saad is a Construction Project Manager, also specialising in Project Quality & Controls. He graduated with Honours from the University of Sydney in Civil Engineering. He has also completed various training programs in Cost Estimating, Roads and Rail Construction and Schedule Management.

With over 5 years’ experience in project consulting roles, Saad has worked across a number of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. This includes large complex projects with multiple stakeholders such as Defence Terrestrial Communications Network Upgrade ($1.1bn), Jeddah Airport, Maintenance Hangars ($1.2bn) and Sydney Crown Casino ($1.13bn).

Saad enjoys the challenge of delivering unique projects according to client specifications and leveraging his technical background to disentangle difficult construction problems.

Sasha Rouhani

Manager – Construction and Quality Control

Sasha is the newest addition to the Veritas team. He graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from UNSW. Sasha brings a wealth of experience across construction and site supervision. He has worked with both large-scale project builders as well bespoke luxury home construction. Sasha brings many skills and talents including kitchen design, interior design,photography, a strong eye for precision and following safety standards.[/show_more]

Haani Hemani

Construction
manager (Contract)

Haani Hemani is a Licensed Builder and a qualified Project Manager, with over 10 years’ experience of working on diverse projects from inception to handover. His expertise includes Stakeholder Management, Design Management and Site Coordination including Project Monitoring & Control.

His background in architecture and training in a design studio combined with a post graduate degree in Project Management has instilled a unique understanding of challenges, resulting in informed, dynamic and commercially viable solutions.

Haani has worked with internationally renowned consultancies like CPG Corporation & Arcop Associates on award winning projects. With a sharp eye for detail and a customer centric approach, he strives to deliver projects within target baselines yet exceed expectations.
