- Advice about the suitability of land for proposed subdivision with reference to development controls and regulations of the local councils.
- Surveying of land and developing subdivision plans and/or DA applications for construction
- Working closely with councils throughout the application process for a successful outcome
- Managing all required works for subdivision including:
- Provision of electricity, gas, communication, water, sewer and stormwater drainage
- Arranging required certificates such as Section 73, creation of any easements and documentation such as Section 88 & 88B
- Preparation of final surveys and linen plans
- Arranging certificate of completion from council
- Assisting with the registration of new allotments with the Lands Titles Office
